Jodi Sawyer Jodi Sawyer

Partner & Founder

Jodi serves as Partner and CEO in charge of Business Development for IBC. Jodi specializes in analyzing customer requirements and proposing solutions that help them focus on increasing revenue, decreasing costs, mitigating risk, and becoming more agile.

Jodi maintains several software certifications and her experience as an iMIS Consultant for over 8 years provides her with the expertise to understand both the technical and business practice needs of her clients. As an expert in the field, she has made various presentations to non-profit organizations and industry Executives. She is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, Maryland Association of Non-Profit Organizations, and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce.  Prior to IBC, Jodi worked for 11 years in Sales and Technical Consulting for IBM. With 35 years’ experience, Jodi has encountered continued success providing software solutions in the technology industry.

Melissa Mack Melissa Mack

Managing Partner & Founder

Melissa serves as Managing Partner and COO.  She co-leads the IBC Management team.  In the early days of IBC, she specialized in organizing and allocating resources to ensure that every project is delivered within the defined scope, time, and cost constraints.  Melissa now mentors the management team to ensure everyone is delivering the best customer service. Melissa works with her business partner in formulating IBC’s future direction, researching and maintaining knowledge of upcoming future technology, and supporting IBC’s tactical initiatives.

Melissa maintains several software certifications and her experience as a Senior iMIS consultant for over 20 years provides her with the expertise to understand both the technical and business practice needs of our clients. As an expert in the field, Melissa has conducted numerous iMIS training classes and has made various presentations to non-profit organizations and industry executives, NIUG, and ASI. She is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Maryland Association of Non-Profit Organizations, Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the National iMIS User Group (NIUG).
